Headteacher’s Welcome

A welcome message from our headteacher.

As the proud Headteacher of St Michael’s Catholic Primary, I am delighted to introduce you to our wonderful school. St Michael’s is a welcoming and nurturing community where we value each child’s uniqueness. Our aim is to support every child, enabling them to flourish and reach their full potential. With respectful relationships at the very core, we welcome not just the child, but their whole family too.

St. Michael’s School offers an exciting and engaging curriculum for all children enabling them to know more, do more and meaningfully engage with the world around them. We ensure that the needs of every learner are catered for and all children feel supported and challenged in their learning. Our curriculum has been very carefully designed to ensure that our pupils leave primary school confident and capable with the skills they need for succeed and thrive in secondary school and beyond.

Our staff dedicate their time to providing the children in their care with the best possible academic education. However, we work equally hard to bring out all those hidden God-given gifts and talents in each and every child. We celebrate the success of our pupils in the many different forms it may be presented and ensure each child feels valued. We instil in the children the importance of Gospel values such as compassion, thankfulness, respect and friendship.

To experience for yourself, the warm and friendly environment that we are so proud of, please contact the school office to arrange a visit.
